Companies' Highlights 2025

SEKEM Holding Group

Solid 2025 financial performance: 5% revenue growth year-over-year to EGP 1.755 billion, with gross margins improving from 35% to 39%. International debt obligations honored in full and on time. Persistently high interest rates and volatile global markets drove interest expenses up sharply — the cost of debt was the dominant 2025 challenge, with a capital-structure review underway for 2026.

Agriculture — SLR · EL-Mizan · LIBRA

Solid 2025 result: +8% revenue growth YoY to EGP 308.8 million, nearly meeting budget. Continued shift of agricultural operations from diesel to solar, with the EBDA biodynamic transition now anchoring 40,146 farmers across 23 governorates.

ISIS

The group’s standout performer in 2025: +27% YoY to EGP 1.27 billion, +5% above budget, with local sales growth of 38%. Expanded into UAE, France, Qatar, Germany, Jordan, and Malaysia; record e-commerce sales and new product categories.

Atos Pharma

Faced a challenging year: revenues of EGP 90.3 million, −24% YoY due to ongoing price regulation in Egypt’s pharmaceutical market. Notable product progress: launch of Sedaneurine sales and commencement of internal Nervapatex production.

Lotus & Lotus Upper Egypt

Modest 2025 growth: +4% YoY to EGP 242.4 million. Q4 was particularly impacted by delayed shipments. Demeter and EoL certifications maintained; international customer base continues to broaden.

Naturetex

Strong textile year: +42% revenue growth vs the previous year. The Jane Goodall collaboration on the "Mr. H" toy monkey continues to distribute globally through Jane Goodall Institutes.
